Fix Premium activation issues

If you've purchased a Premium subscription but can't access Verified Topos, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you're logged into the correct account
Most issues happen when users accidentally create multiple accounts β for example, signing up with email and later logging in with Apple.
How to check:
If your ticks or profile picture are missing, you're likely logged into a different account.
If Premium works on the website but not in the app, compare your tick lists β they should be identical if you're on the same account.
2. Confirm your payment went through
Check that the payment completed successfully and that you received a receipt by email. If there's no receipt, the purchase may not have gone through.
3. Refresh or restore your subscription
Sometimes the subscription needs a refresh to activate. In the app, go to Profile β Subscription β Refresh your subscription.
You may also see a Restore subscription option β this is for cases where the subscription was purchased on a different account. Tapping it should resolve the issue.
4. Try purchasing from another source
You can buy Premium in the iOS app, Android app, or on the website at 27crags.com/premium. If the purchase fails in one place, try another.

5. Check that you're viewing a Verified Topo
If topo images are missing, make sure the topo is actually a Verified Topo β Community Topos are often incomplete and might contain wrong information. In the app, look for the yellow diamond icon next to the topo name.
If it's a Verified Topo but still looks incomplete, scroll to the bottom and tap Refresh to load the latest version.
6. Log out and back in
Log out and back in using the same method you used when purchasing Premium. This helps avoid duplicate account issues.
7. Reinstall the app
Deleting and reinstalling the app ensures you have the latest version and clears any sync issues.
