App not responding or not opening

This is usually caused by an app update issue, corrupted local data, or a device compatibility problem. Try these steps in order:

  1. Restart your device

  2. Update the app β€” make sure you're running the latest version

  3. Delete and reinstall the app β€” this rebuilds local data, which often fixes issues after failed updates

  4. Check your device compatibility and storage β€” see below for minimum requirements

  5. Contact support β€” if the issue continues, email support@27crags.com with your device model, operating system version, and a description of what happens when you try to open the app

Device compatibility

The 27 Crags app is built for modern devices and operating systems. It may not work correctly on older hardware or software versions.

Android

  • Fully supported: Android 15 and above

  • Android 12, 13, and 14: may install but crashes and unexpected behaviour are likely

iOS

  • Fully supported: iOS 16 and above

  • Older iOS versions: some unexpected behaviour may occur
