Can I use Premium on multiple devices?

Yes β€” your Premium subscription works across all platforms. Here's what's allowed:

  • βœ… Website + one app at the same time β€” you can be logged in on 27crags.com and on your phone (or tablet) simultaneously with no issues

  • ❌ Two apps at the same time β€” you can only be logged into the mobile app on one device at a time (e.g. not phone and tablet simultaneously)

Premium works on my phone but not my tablet (or computer)

The most common reason for this is being logged into a different account on each device. This happens easily if you signed up using different methods β€” for example, with Google on one device and with email on another.

To check: open the app on both devices and compare the account name or email shown in your profile. If they're different, log out of the device where Premium isn't showing, and log back in using the same account you used when you purchased Premium.

Seeing "This account is used on multiple devices"?

This error appears when you're logged into the app on more than one device at the same time. To fix it, log out of the app on your previous device, then log in on the new one.
