Ascents are not showing in the app

If your ticks aren't showing in the app, checking your account or refreshing the ascents list usually fixes it.

How to fix it

Check you're signed in to the right account

  1. Open the app and go to your Profile.

  2. Tap Personal Information and check the email address shown.

  3. Make sure it matches the email you use on the 27 Crags website.

  4. If it doesn't, sign out and sign back in with the correct account.

Refresh your ascents

  1. Go to your Profile.

  2. Pull down on the screen to refresh.

  3. Wait a moment for your ticks to reload.
