Quick checks

  1. Check your spam or junk folder β€” automated emails sometimes land there

  2. Search your inbox for "27 Crags", "password", or "reset"

  3. Double-check the email address you entered β€” a small typo is easy to miss

  4. Wait up to 5 minutes and try requesting the reset again

Using a work or school email?

Company and school email servers sometimes block automated messages. If you have a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) linked to your account, try using that instead.
