How to cancel your Premium subscription

Purchased on the 27 Crags website

  1. Go to 27crags.com and log in to your account

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and open Settings

  3. Click "Manage subscriptions"

  4. Click "Open billing portal"

  5. Click "Cancel plan"

✅ Good to know: You can continue using all Premium features until the end of your current billing period — cancelling does not cut off your access immediately.

Purchased through the Apple App Store (iOS)

Cancellations made through the App Store are managed by Apple, not 27 Crags.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad

  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions

  3. Tap 27 Crags

  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Purchased through Google Play (Android)

Cancellations made through Google Play are managed by Google, not 27 Crags.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

  4. Tap 27 Crags, then tap Cancel subscription
