Google Play Subscription Not Showing in the App

If you purchased a subscription through Google Play but it's not showing as active in 27 Crags, restoring the subscription inside the app usually fixes it.

Sometimes a Google Play purchase doesn't automatically link to your 27 Crags account. This can happen if the subscription was purchased using an older app version, or if it was renewed directly in Google Play without opening the app first.

How to restore your subscription

  1. Reinstall the app β€” remove it and install the latest version from Google Play

  2. Log in using your 27 Crags account

  3. Open the Profile tab (bottom right)

  4. Tap Subscriptions

  5. Tap Restore subscription

  6. Wait up to 1 minute β€” do not close the app during this step

Your subscription should appear as active once the restore is complete.

Still not showing?
