Subscription Linked to a Different Google Account

If you've already tried restoring your subscription but it still won't show up, it may have been purchased with a different Google account than the one currently active on your phone.

Google Play subscriptions are tied to the Google account used at the time of purchase β€” not to your device or your 27 Crags login. If you have multiple Google accounts, changed your main account, or bought the subscription on a different device, this is likely the cause.

How to fix it

  1. Open the Google Play Store

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right

  3. Check which Google account is currently active

  4. If you have multiple accounts, switch to the one you used when purchasing the subscription

  5. Open 27 Crags β†’ Profile β†’ Subscriptions

  6. Tap Restore subscription and wait up to 1 minute
