If you requested a password reset but the email hasn't arrived, here's what to check.

Quick checks
Check your spam or junk folder โ automated emails sometimes land there
Search your inbox for "The Topo", "password", or "reset"
Double-check the email address you entered โ a small typo is easy to miss
Wait up to 5 minutes and try requesting the reset again
Using a work or school email?
Company and school email servers sometimes block automated messages. If you have a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) linked to your account, try using that instead.
Still nothing?
If the email still hasn't arrived after trying the above, contact us at support@thetopo.com with the email address you're trying to recover. We can reset your access manually from our side.
