Subscription Not Working After Switching from Android to iPhone

Subscriptions purchased on Android cannot be transferred to iOS. If you've switched phones, you'll need a new subscription on your iPhone.

Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS) are completely separate payment systems. A subscription purchased on one platform cannot be moved to or restored on the other β€” this is a platform limitation that applies to all apps, not just 27 Crags.

If you switched from Android to iPhone and your subscription isn't showing in the iOS app, this is why.

What to do

  1. Cancel or let your Google Play subscription expire β€” you won't be charged going forward

  2. Purchase a new subscription through the App Store on your iPhone

If your Google Play subscription is still active and has time remaining, contact us and tell your Google Play order number (format: GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx) and we can issue a refund for the unused period.
