App Crashed and Showing an Error Screen

If the app crashed and is displaying an error screen, a fresh reinstall is the quickest fix.

When the app encounters an unexpected error it can't recover from, it shows an error fallback screen. A full reinstall clears whatever caused the crash and gets things running normally again.

How to reinstall

On iPhone:

  1. Press and hold the 27 Crags app icon → Remove App → Delete App

  2. Open the App Store, search for 27 Crags, and reinstall

On Android:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → 27 Crags → Uninstall

  2. Open Google Play, search for 27 Crags, and reinstall

After reinstalling, log back in to your account. The app may take up to 2 minutes to initialize — this is normal.
