How to delete your 27 Crags account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your account, here's how.

⚠️ Before you delete: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, ascents and personal data will be removed within 4 weeks.

⚠️ Premium subscription: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your Premium subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately first to avoid being charged.

What happens to your topos?

Any climbing topos you've contributed (as free topos) remain on 27 Crags — they belong to the climbing community and won't be removed.

⚠️ Have published Premium topos? Please contact us at support@27crags.com before deleting your account. This is important to ensure your topos and any related earnings are handled correctly.

Steps (website only)

  1. Log in to your account at 27crags.com

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right and select Settings

  3. Choose Privacy

  4. Click "Terminate my account" at the bottom of the page
